Porcelain — Fine Portrait Checkpoint
A fine-portrait checkpoint — natural skin, catchlights and flattering beauty light, no LoRA needed.
Porcelain is a standalone checkpoint devoted to the human face: fine skin micro-texture that avoids the wax look, honest catchlights, clean eyes and teeth, and soft beauty lighting that flatters without erasing character. It is a portrait specialist you load as your base.
This is a complete, standalone checkpoint. Unlike a LoRA, it needs no separate base model — load it directly as your base and generate.

Uses
Direct use. Beauty and portrait photography, headshots, character close-ups and casting-style frames.
Out of scope. Wide scenes, environments or stylised art — Porcelain is optimised for the face and treats backgrounds simply.

Keep CFG low (4–5) to preserve natural skin — higher values plasticise it. A gentle 1.5× hi-res pass adds pore detail without over-sharpening.

Training details
A full fine-tune over ~65k licensed, model-released portrait photographs across skin tones and ages, aesthetic-scored and captioned for lighting and lens.
Procedure. A full fine-tune of wan 2.2 (not an adapter), fp16, multi-stage: a broad concept pass followed by an aesthetic refinement pass on a hand-scored subset. VAE was fine-tuned and baked into the checkpoint.
Bias, risks and limitations
- Very large checkpoint (~6.5 GB).
- Backgrounds are intentionally simple — compose the subject first.
- Very wide framings lose the skin detail the model is built for.
License & provenance
A full fine-tune on licensed, model-released portrait photography. Purchasing the commercial offer ($299.00) grants a commercial redistribution license for outputs; the personal offer ($59.00) is for non-commercial use. The checkpoint may not be resold or re-uploaded, and merges must credit this model.
