Lumen — Architectural Visualization Checkpoint
An architectural-visualization checkpoint — clean interiors, exteriors and materials with render-grade light.
Lumen is a standalone checkpoint for archviz: straight verticals, believable materials (wood, concrete, glass, fabric), soft global-illumination bounce and the tidy staging of a professional render. It produces the kind of interior and exterior frames a studio would put in a pitch deck.
This is a complete, standalone checkpoint. Unlike a LoRA, it needs no separate base model — load it directly as your base and generate.

Out of scope. Stylised or painterly output — Lumen aims for clean photoreal render logic and resists artistic grading.

The model keeps verticals straight — use a level, eye-height framing in the prompt for the most render-like result. A light hi-res pass sharpens material detail.

Training details
A full fine-tune over ~80k licensed architectural photographs and studio renders, captioned for room type, material and lighting, with perspective-corrected verticals.
Procedure. A full fine-tune of wan 2.2 (not an adapter), fp16, multi-stage: a broad concept pass followed by an aesthetic refinement pass on a hand-scored subset. VAE was fine-tuned and baked into the checkpoint.
Bias, risks and limitations
- Very large checkpoint (~6.5 GB).
- Furniture and fixtures can invent non-buildable joinery — check for construction work.
- Text on signage and books renders as gibberish.
License & provenance
A full fine-tune on licensed architectural photography and renders. Purchasing the commercial offer ($299.00) grants a commercial redistribution license for outputs; the personal offer ($59.00) is for non-commercial use. The checkpoint may not be resold or re-uploaded, and merges must credit this model.
