Character Turnaround Sheet

Character Turnaround Sheet cover

Generate a consistent character from one reference, then a clean 5-view turnaround sheet — one graph.

Character Turnaround Sheet takes a single character reference and produces a consistent front / three-quarter / side / back / and 45°-back set on a neutral sheet, holding face, outfit and proportions across views. Built for concept artists and game teams who need model-sheet consistency without hand-fixing every angle.

This is a workflow, not weights. You get a ComfyUI graph (workflow.json) you import into your own tool. You supply the base models it calls — the value here is the wiring and the dialled-in parameters.

What it does

Locks identity from your reference via IP-Adapter, drives each camera angle with an OpenPose skeleton, and composites the five renders onto a single labelled turnaround sheet. A consistency-check group flags any view that drifts too far from the reference so you can reroll just that panel.

Required custom nodes

  • ComfyUI_IPAdapter_plus
  • comfyui_controlnet_aux
  • ComfyUI-Impact-Pack

Base models you must supply

  • Your character-capable SDXL checkpoint (Nebula Anime pairs well)
  • An SDXL IP-Adapter model + CLIP vision encoder
  • An OpenPose ControlNet for SDXL

Inputs & outputs

Inputsone character reference image; optional outfit prompt
Outputsa 5-view turnaround sheet PNG plus the individual view PNGs

How to run

  1. Import workflow.json into ComfyUI.
  2. Install the IP-Adapter, ControlNet-aux and Impact custom nodes.
  3. Load your checkpoint, IP-Adapter, CLIP-vision and OpenPose ControlNet models.
  4. Set your reference in the Load Image node; adjust the outfit prompt if needed.
  5. Queue — reroll any single panel the consistency group flags.

Limitations

  • Consistency is strong but not perfect on very ornate costumes — expect light touch-ups.
  • Back views infer occluded detail and can invent minor elements.
  • IP-Adapter identity lock is weaker for non-humanoid characters.

License & provenance

Authored and tuned by the creator; ships as a plain workflow JSON. Purchasing the commercial offer ($129.00) grants a commercial redistribution license for outputs; the personal offer ($35.00) is for non-commercial use. The workflow graph may be used in your own projects but not resold or repackaged as a product.
